On 21 August 2025, Sparkcorpnet’s Sparkcorpnet – Marc Pham was sincerely happy to join the Seminar organized by the Canadian Chamber of Commerce in Vietnam (CanCham Vietnam). The Seminar gathered experts from law, accounting, and tax firms such as Baker McKenzie, Grant Thornton, Tilleke & Gibbins, and DFDL, and business attendants from industries to share perspectives and experience about some legislative case studies of investing and operating in Vietnam under FDI.

The discussions revolve around the sharing of legal experts on how to handle legal issues impacting businesses in Vietnam in terms of Labor, Taxation, M&A, and Tariffs. It has shaped new approaches for businesses to operate efficiently in Vietnam despite difficulties, challenges besides opportunities in the new era.
